Greystone College 身為 Co-op 課程的始祖學校，在開設課程時優先考量到是否安排學生在符合所學的職場中工作。Greystone College 百分百就業率，非直接安置工作的方式，而是透過面試的安排讓學生用自己的能力找到工作。此外， Co-op Work 安置以及 Co-op 簽證協助均為免費，沒有額外收取費用。
2月17日剛結束了溫哥華的就業博覽會
工作/實習輔導安排：
✏️Co-op 新生訓練：幫助學生為以後的工作經驗做好準備
✏️工作實習技巧 課程：學習撰寫履歷和 CV 以及模擬面試
✏️Co-op 輔導員面談：獲得求職、簡歷和求職信以及練習面試的額外指導和支持
✏️工作/實習前一個月：輔導員將再度討論工作問題。學生必須提供最終版簡歷
✏️Co-op 輔導員將與公司/機構詢問面試機會。一旦確定將安排雇主和學生面談
✏️面試前與不同輔導員再次練習面試
✏️如被錄取，學生和雇主將共同完成並簽署協議書。協議書也要返回給輔導員
✏️如果學生在面試中失敗，將安排後續面試，直到學生成功被安置
