The modules include:

This module helps students develop and enhance their written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills and presentation techniques, to ensure success in any business environment. Students also develop important workplace communication skills which includes communicating using MS Office, and important time management skills to help them operate more efficiently and be more productive.

2. 記帳與電子化基本財務會計 Bookkeeping, Computerized and Financial Acct with Simply Accounting
Emphasis is placed on analyzing and recording business transactions using the rules of double-entry bookkeeping. In addition, adjusting journal entries and everyday transactions for both service and retail businesses are recorded coupled with the preparation of basic financial statements. This course also provides a practical introduction to computerized accounting. You will learn not only how to set up a computerized accounting environment, but also to convert a manual accounting system to a computerized system. You will be working with a variety of business simulations providing hands-on experience with all aspects of work transactions in the general, payables, and receivable ledgers.

3. 商業環境 Business Environment
The aim of this unit is to provide an understanding of different organizations, the influence of stakeholders and the relationship between businesses and the local, national and global environments. In this unit you will consider how different market structures shape the pricing and output decisions of businesses, as well as other aspects of their behaviour.

The unit aims is to provide you an understanding of where and how to access sources of finance for a business and the skills to use financial information for decision making.

5. 組織與行為 Organizations and Behaviour
The aim of this unit is to give an understanding of individual and group behaviour in organisations and to examine current theories and their application in managing behaviour in the workplace.

This unit aims to provide an understanding and skills relating to the fundamental concepts and principles that underpin the marketing process.

7. 商業決策 Business Decision Making
The aim of this unit is to develop techniques for data gathering and storage, an understanding of the tools available to create and present useful information, in order to make business decisions.

8. 專案研究 Research Project
The purpose of the unit is to develop an independent enquiry and critical analysis skills by undertaking a sustained research investigation of direct relevance to your Education program and your professional development.

9. 實習安置 Work Placement
At the conclusion of the program, you are required to complete 480 hours of work placement in a suitable business environment. Appropriate business sectors for placement would include Marketing, Retail, Finance and Accounting, Not-for-profit, Customer Care and Administration. Activities performed will vary depending on the Work Placement site, however, key responsibilities include being supervised by a Placement host at all times, observing all workplace and school safety and security procedures, dressing appropriately for the Placement experience, interacting with the Placement staff respectfully, courteously and enthusiastically, learning about the work environment, and participating in the daily routine as required.Work Placement is part of your educational development. This enables theoretical learning in the classroom to be applied to practical learning situations and encourages application of theory and knowledge in appropriate context. You will be sent for interviews to secure your Work Placement. You must complete your practicum and submit your placement report to be successfully considered a graduate.

This module is designed to provide you with the necessary skills to build a customer profile and analyze the digital market. The module will enable you to understand the principles of digital advertising, the key elements of branding and competitive analysis.

2. Google 搜尋引擎優化 Google SEO

This module will review concepts and processes on the internet, explain the meaning of a domain, how to purchase a domain, and assess differences in URL extensions, storage servers, and FTP files. You will learn how search engines work and what factors influence website promotion (content, seniority, links, load times, Google spiders, negative SEO). This module will also involve Online Reputation Management (ORM), market research and keywords as well as optimization. You will also practice site optimization testing and build a full optimization report.

3. Google 分析 Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a software for analyzing web site traffic. You will practice using tools, learn about account management and profiles, how to decode key reports, and how to define goals. The final part of this unit includes Preparation for Google Analytics Certification exam.

This module introduces the systems and procedures required for Front Desk Office Operations. It emphasizes the importance of high standards in personal qualities and the provision of customer service. You will develop knowledge and skills in reception procedures as well as understanding the key legislation that relates to reception procedures. You will also evaluate the suitability of different procedures for a range of hotel outlets.

The modules are:

This module is designed to provide you with the skills to enhance the quality and usefulness of data analytics by starting with the intended outcomes. The module will enable you to consider what it is that an organization wants to gain from data analytics. This will give you the skills to select the most appropriate data collection method, design deployment approaches, implement data collection approaches and revise instruments and systems to be developed.

This module incorporates automated data collection as well as traditional methods of data collection to enable the development of methodologically sound approaches.

This module is designed to introduce the theoretical concepts and practical applications of data auditing, handling and decision making. It will equip you with the skills of identifying what the findings from data analysis mean and how they can be applied. You will learn approaches that can be used to audit the existing data within an organizing to identify gaps, analyze data and generate recommendations from your findings.

1.  網路安全入門 Introduction to Cybersecurity – this module is designed to give learners basic knowledge of the cyber world. This module will enable students to understand the principles of cyber-attacks, the Darknet, hackers’ motivations and various advanced technologies.

2. 電腦網路 Computer Networks – this unit will review the structure of the personal computer basic concepts in data communications, the 7 layers model, working with SERVER 2016, remote and direct access and VPN.

3. 通訊與操作系統、資料管理Communications, Operation Systems and Data Management – this unit focuses on advanced computer communications topics such as monitoring and analyzing network traffic, operating systems (with an emphasis on Linux and Windows), data archives and management development (including Structured Query Language (SQL) and Mobile-cyber).

4. 網路安全程式語言 Programming languages for Cybersecurity – this unit covers web technologies and basic HTML development. In addition, students will learn Python code development and basic programming with python.

It covers the theory and application of methods available to secure information, computers and networks, as well as legal issues to do with cryptography.

First, they will become familiar with various types of scans such as networks, sites, computers and vulnerabilities for attacks. The second part of this module will cover weaknesses in information security (hardware, software, and infrastructure) and data and cyber protection technologies, tools and leading companies.

7. 滲透測試 Penetration testing – this module is designed to provide learners with the basic skills to conduct and build penetration testing infrastructure that includes all the equipment needed such as hardware, software, network infrastructure and tools.

8. 黑客松 Hackathon – this module will cover tactics for managing and synchronizing a multiplayer cyber event: SOC, NOC, ISP, MSSP and using communication strategies as a tool to manage and prevent a crisis during cyber-attacks.

9. 實習安置 Work Placement – once the program is complete, students are required to complete 240 hours of a work placement in a suitable business environment. Appropriate business sectors for a placement include cybersecurity services, banking, financial services and insurance offices, not-for-profits, communications services, government entities and more.
